I requested him for the steps and went a bit like “uh so that you brown the meat a bit, pour in a dry cider, combine in a little bit of flour to thicken it, some veggie inventory, any veg you need, three hours within the oven & that’s it actually” really really useful phrases
Actually although, if you’d like the recipe I’ll get you a extra detailed model. He throws in any veg within the fridge & I notably love the parsnip addition that he threw in.
