For three puds all you’ll want is:
✨ 110g darkish chocolate
✨ 2 eggs
✨ 80g caster sugar
✨ 60g plain flour
✨ 110g unsalted butter

🤎 Whisk collectively eggs and sugar till thickened (you may cheat & use an electrical whisk on low 😏- don’t over do it although, you continue to need it to be runny)
🤎 Soften butter and chocolate collectively in a bowl over simmering water
🤎 Pour the chocolate combine into the egg combine while persevering with at hand whisk
🤎 Sift in 60g plain flour & combine
🤎 Pour into ramekin’s and place into 200c oven for 10-12 minutes
